Questions To Ask At A Vision Board Themed Party
When creating your vision board, it’s so important to actually “feel” and “picture” yourself in the moment when all your goals have been realized. Start by asking yourself these questions:
- Where am I?
- What am I wearing and what am I doing?
- Is there a particular scent or smell in the air?
- What is the temperature? Is it humid or dry?
- How do I carry myself now? Do I speak more confidently than before?
- What do you hear?
- How do I feel now that I’ve achieved all of my goals? Calm, disbelief, proud, or gratitude?
However, if you haven’t really thought about where you want to be in the future yet, it’s okay! Ask yourself these questions first to help you get an idea of your future vision:
- What are my values?
- If money was no object, nothing was impossible, what would I want or do?
- What drives me?
- How would my life look like if I could live it the way I want?
- What does success look like to me? Financial freedom? Happiness?
